RoleBadge collects no data. None. The app makes no network connections of any kind — it contains no networking code, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no third-party services.
Everything you put into RoleBadge — persona names, job titles, portrait images, colours, hotkeys, and badge placement — is stored locally on your Mac, inside the app's sandboxed container. This data never leaves your machine, and we have no way to access it.
When you choose a portrait image, RoleBadge copies it into its own configuration folder. It does not retain access to the original file or scan any other files on your system.
Nothing. If you contact support by email, we see whatever you choose to send us and use it only to help you.
If a future version of RoleBadge ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
